Shoot a scene, not a single clip.

Scenagraph is a desktop studio for AI film. Cast actors, build locations and board your scenes, then generate shots that stay consistent from the wide to the close-up.

Cast an actor once.

Start from a few reference photos, or generate someone new. Scenagraph builds an identity pack: front, three-quarter, profile and full length. Every shot the actor appears in draws on the same pack, so a face doesn't drift between the wide and the close-up.

Dress them from Wardrobe. A look stays with the role until you change it, and changing it tells you which shots need a new take.

Costume render: five views that every shot in this look uses as the outfit reference.

Janne and Steve are generated actors. Neither of them is a real person.

Build the location, then change the weather.

Location Studio turns a description or a few photos into a set you can come back to: an establishing wide, a reverse, the main action area, the details.

Pre-render the same view at noon, at dusk or in the rain before you shoot, then pin the location to a scene. Every shot in that scene starts from the same platform, the same lamps and the same sea wall.

Board it like a film.

A project holds scenes, a scene holds shots, and a shot holds takes. Compare takes, lock the one you want and preview the scene with its cuts and dips.

When you change a look or a location, Scenagraph marks every shot it touches as out of date, so a continuity error never makes it to the export.

Choose the model for each shot.

Scenagraph runs open-weights and commercial models side by side. Use one for a close-up that has to be perfect and another for a quick wide, in the same scene. Your actors, looks and locations carry over whichever model renders the shot.

New models join the list as they're ready. Each run shows its price in credits before you start it.

Scenagraph's Actor Studio showing Janne Andersen's identity pack: seven face references from front to profile and a full-length body reference, each scored against her face anchor.
Actor Studio scores every reference against the actor's face anchor, so a weak likeness is flagged before it reaches a shot.
